Come and See Class – June 2026

by Jay Stimson

“Come and See!” is not just an invitation. Our Bible study’s desire is to “come and see” Christ each week through His Word and to support each other with encouragement and prayer.

The apostle John wrote in his Gospel that 45“Philip found Nathanael and told him, “We have found the One Moses wrote about in the Law (and so did the prophets): Jesus the son of Joseph, from Nazareth!” 46 “Can anything good come out of Nazareth?” Nathanael asked him. “Come and see,” Philip answered.” John 1:45-46 (HCSB)

And the proof He was the Messiah is recorded in Matthew 28. “But the angel told the women, “Don’t be afraid, because I know you are looking for Jesus who was crucified. 6 He is not here! For He has been resurrected, just as He said. Come and see the place where He lay. Matthew 28:6 (HCSB)
We are a class of 10 to 15 people who meet in Room 212 each Sunday morning at 9:45am. It is for men and women of all ages. We have a fun ice breaker question each week that helps us get to know each other better. This is a safe environment from the world that allows us to be transparent and pray for one another’s needs.

We currently use the Explore the Bible study curriculum which encourages us to let the Bible teach the Bible. We use scripture and cultivate discussions that include current issues and topics that are relevant to everyday life. Some of our best discussions are generated from questions brought up by class members. We would love to have you visit us. Come and See!
