Trinity Baptist Church in Kerrville is searching for a full-time Minister of Youth. This minister is responsible for evaluating, developing and maintaining a comprehensive program of spiritual formation for youth (6th – 12th grades) at TBC.
 
An ideal candidate has an undergraduate degree with a major/minor in a field of ministry with 3 or more years of ministry experience. Seminary education is a plus.
 
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Building relationships with students and caring for them as a shepherd
  • Facilitate the development of talents and leadership skills in maturing students
  • Coordination and development of adults of the Youth Ministry Team
  • Collaborating and cooperating with other ministerial staff to advance the mission and purpose of the church.
