Horizon Youth Camp!

Thanks for Signing up for Horizon Youth Camp! We are looking forward to a great summer. Here are a few things we want to make sure you’re aware of as we are leading up to camp:

 

  • Final money and paperwork is due June 30, 2025. This helps us make the final preparations along the way, especially with the July 4 holiday. 
  • Our TSM app will be our primary mode of communication leading up to camp (What to Bring, meeting notes, etc.). If you have not downloaded it yet, please do so and enable notifications. You can find a link for it at tbck.org/students. 
  • The paperwork you will need is below. If possible, print the forms front/back, or grab a copy from the church. Here’s the breakdown:
      • A quick word about our TSM Release form. The notary is not required. We provide this option for you if your student plans to participate in more than one event with us in a given calendar year. It saves you time, but don’t let it create extra stress. Also, we can help connect you with a notary if necessary. We will have a notary available at our Pre-Camp meeting.
      • The LBCR form is 3 pages. I recommend printing it front/back and stapling the papers together, or grabbing a copy from the church.
  • Here are a few important dates you need to be aware of:
      • Pre-Camp Meeting – Wednesday June 25 @ 6pm, 2025
      • Paperwork and Money deadline – June 30, 2025
      • Camp – July 7-11, 2025
