Everything You Need to Know
for Disciple Now!
Quickly, a few highlights:
- Medical Release forms and Time Away cards are due Wednesday. This helps us tremendously as we prepare. You can send the forms to church Wednesday, or drop off at the church office anytime during office hours: 8:30am to 5pm. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions. Also, the notary is optional, but if you get it notarized, we will reuse the form for any overnight trip in 2025 (Camp, HS Guys/Girl Trip, Fall Retreat, etc.).
- Check-In (aka Registration) will begin at 6:30pm Friday night in the new foyer (Galbraith side of the building). Bring bags in and we will point you in the right direction from there. Our first session begins at 7pm Friday night.
- We will finish Sunday morning at Noon.We will use our regular 11am Bible Study for a closing session (but will design it to accommodate kids who didn’t participate in the weekend as well).
- Time Away Cards. If you have a game Friday night and will be here after we start, you don’t have to turn in a time away card, but be sure to let me know so we are on the same page. An email will suffice.
- Any questions? Don’t hesitate to reach out and ask. I’ll do my best to answer or find the necessary answer.
