Sharron Hawk & Frank Brooksher lead this Biblical, Christ-centered support group to bring help and encouragement after the death of a spouse, child, family member or friend. GriefShare provides a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences, the loss of a loved one. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone. Each session is self-contained so that you do not have to attend in sequence. 13-weeks, $15 workbook. Christology: The Person of Christ Historically & Theologically

TrinityU Sunday Evenings
5:00 – 6:15 PM
Sep 8 – Oct 13

Christology is the study of the nature and work of Jesus Christ. This session focuses on both

a.) how the earliest Christians thought about Christ and

b.) Christ’s role in the Trinity.

It begins with the foundations of early Christology and finishes with discussion of how several Christological themes appear today. Emphasis will be placed on the development of doctrine and the practical implication of such thinking for the church. The readings for discussion (including selections from Dietrich Bonhoeffer) require diligence, but are not overly academic. 6-weeks, reading material provided. Help us plan for needed materials by calling Gina at 830-895-0100

Thurs., 6:30 – 8:00 pm
9/18 – 12/5

Ladies, join us as we continue the Joy of Living Bible Study Series. Books are $15 and can be paid for and picked up the first day of the study. Childcare is available by reservation on Wednesdays (Paula, 895-0100). Materials are $15.

Jesus Christ is at the center of attention in the book of Hebrews. We learn that He is greater than the prophets, the angels, Moses, Joshua, and Aaron—He is superior over all others. Hebrews describes Jesus’ ministry in heaven at God’s right hand on our behalf…

…We are urged to let go of everything else in order to hold fast to our faith and to the hope of the gospel. It is a timely warning and a word of comfort to all, especially today when many are led astray by fads and cults.
