TSM Circles – September 2025

by James Tripp

The start of a new school year brings many firsts, lasts, and other fresh opportunities for growth, reflection, and transformation. It can present some of the first tangible experiences for our students to take the lessons learned at camp and put them into practice as they interact more with people in their schools and broader communities. The start of a new school year also brings about the launch of Circles in the Trinity Student Ministry.

Circles are the Trinity Student Ministry’s weekly breakouts where students are invited to build deeper relationships with God while also forming meaningful connections with one another and their Circle leaders. These breakouts are designed to help students explore what it means to draw closer to God, lead faithfully in the places He has planted them, and invite others to know and follow Him.

Over the coming months, I cannot wait to see how God uses these firsts, lasts, and fresh opportunities to qualify who He has called, ignite transformative discussion, and draw our community closer together. I am excited to see our adult leaders and students pour into one another with energy and resolve.

Please keep our students and adult leaders in your prayers. Pray for our ministry to be one where the lost, broken, and searching are welcomed, loved, and encouraged. Pray for our students to be galvanizers of change in their lives, at home, at school, at work, and beyond. Pray for discernment and wisdom for our leaders. Most importantly, pray for us all to grow in our relationships with Christ and to reflect Him in our lives.
