“How do I become a part of Worship Ministry??”
Opportunities abound to serve in the worship ministry! We are seeking musicians for the early services. Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Bass Guitar, and Drums! Early Service Praise Bands rehearse on Tuesdays; 8:30 Praise Band at 6:00pm and the 9:45 Praise Band at 7:00pm. If you are interested in helping out, please contact Charlie or Stephanie in the church office.

 

“Okay, that’s nice and all but I’m not a “Musician per se…..What about Singers?”
Singers on the Praise teams are selected by Charlie. However, he is in the process of reworking the teams and there are currently no openings on the Praise teams. 

 

“What if I want to sing anyway?”
We are ALWAYS looking for new Worship Choir members! The Worship Choir sings at the 11:00 service every Sunday. Worship Choir is high school age and up. Rehearsal is on Wednesday night at 7:00pm. We also have a Primetime choir that meets every Tuesday at 10:00am. There is no audition required for choirs; previous singing experience is preferred, but not necessary. Hint: Joining the Worship Choir gives Charlie a chance to hear you sing, and possibly be considered for placement on a praise team in the future!

 

“Okay, what if I consider myself to be more of a ‘behind the scenes’ type of person?
The Tech Team is also part of the worship ministry. The Tech Team consists of our audio and video crew. FOH (Front of House) volunteers run our soundboard and the words you see on the screen in the Worship Center every Sunday, along with our BOH (Back of House) volunteers who run our livestreams on YouTube each week.

 

Current needs for our Tech Team:
FOH soundboard operators (Allen & Health SQ7), camera operators, and switchers (think movie director). Experience is welcome, but we will train you if needed!
