Youth Minister Search

Trinity Baptist Church in Kerrville is searching for a full-time Minister of Youth. This minister is responsible for evaluating, developing and maintaining a comprehensive program of spiritual formation for youth (6th – 12th grades) at TBC.

An ideal candidate has an undergraduate degree with a major/minor in a field of ministry with 3 or more years of ministry experience. Seminary education is a plus.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Building relationships with students and caring for them as a shepherd
Facilitate the development of talents and leadership skills in maturing students
Coordination and development of adults of the Youth Ministry Team
Collaborating and cooperating with other ministerial staff to advance the mission and purpose of the church.
