John came to Trinity as pastor in May of 2002. Prior to Trinity, he served eight years as a pastor in Uvalde, Texas. He is a graduate of Baylor University, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary , and Baylor’s George W. Truett Theological Seminary. He is married to Kelly and they have one son, Davis and a daughter, Mara. In addition to pastoring, his activities and hobbies include coaching T-Ball, reading, running, hunting, fly fishing, and hiking. If he is not in Texas, you can bet he is somewhere in Colorado with his feet in a trout stream. |

Larry joined the TBC staff on September 26 after having served over 17 years in Independence Missouri. Mary Pat sings in the choir, plays handbells, performs dramas and loves to shoot and produce videos for worship. Larry and Mary Pat have three grown children and one “super” grandchild.
Larry has a heart to help the church worship well. His strengths are evident on the platform on Sunday morning, in the choir loft as each group rehearses and in his desire to meet and encourage each person to use the gifts God has given them to serve the Lord.
Larry has earned three academic degrees: B.A. in church music from Southwest Baptist College, Bolivar, MO., 1979; Masters of Religious Education, Cum Laude, 1990, and Masters of Church Music, Summa Cum Laude, 1992, both from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, MO. |

Greg joined Trinity’s staff on January 1, 2003, after serving seven months as the interim Minister of Youth. He is a Kerrville native and graduated from Tivy High School. Upon graduation, Greg received his degree from Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas. Completing seminary is a future goal of Greg’s. He and his wife, Merydwen, have one son named Ethan, born on February 10, 2003. Greg and Merydwen have opened their house, their lives, and their hearts to reaching youth for the Lord. |

Pam has been on staff at Trinity since April of 2002. Pam has a degree in education from Baylor University and a master’s degree from Trinity University in School Psychology. She is a licensed school psychologist and a licensed professional counselor. Pam has previously worked as a school psychologist for the Fredericksburg School District and as a counselor at Star Ranch. She has also worked in private practice in Kerrville. Pam is married to Rick and they have two boys, Bryan and Nathan |

Dan Petty, Business Administrator

Dan joined the Trinity Staff as Business Administrator in March, 2005. He had previously served for seven years at Mobberly Baptist Church, Longview, Texas in the same capacity. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He received the Masters of Church Music degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and served churches in Texas as Minister of Music for over twenty-five years. He was certified in church business administration in 1996. Dan is married to Gayle, and they have two daughters, Rebecca and Elizabeth; two sons-in-law, Keith and Branson; and three grandchildren, Jacob, Jonathan and Morgan. |

Erik joined Trinity in October, 2005 as the Minister to Children and their Families. He had previously served for almost three years at Comfort Baptist Church, Comfort, Texas as the Youth and Children's Minister. He is a graduate of Howard Payne University with a degree in Bible. He received his Masters of Divinity degree from Logsdon School of Theology. Erik is married to Jennifer whom he met at Hardin Simmons University and they have been married since 2003. |
