Our Director Pam Blair has been involved with the CDO program since it began in 1997. Her children both attended CDO and she began directing the program in the spring of 2002. Pam earned a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and is a certified elementary school teacher with a specialization in special education. She holds a master’s degree in school psychology from Trinity University and is also a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has done counseling and psychological work for several school districts and had a counseling practice in Kerrville for two years. She and her husband Rick have two sons and love living in the Hill Country. M’lissa Hayes began teaching two year olds in CDO in the fall of 2002. The following year she taught a PK class before moving into the position of assistant director. M’lissa has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas. She attended UTSA in order to receive her teaching certification. M’lissa taught 2nd, 3rd, and 7th grades over a course of six years. She contributes significantly to curriculum development within our program. She and her husband Mike have three children and have lived in Kerrville for four years. | Children ages 3 months through 4 years are enrolled in our program. | ||||||||||||
| Children’s Day Out is in session on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 to 1:00. Parents have the option of enrolling their child in our extended day program, which runs from 1:00 to 2:30 each Tuesday and Thursday. Our program follows the Kerrville Independent School District calendar. CDO begins the week after public school starts and ends the Tuesday of the last week of school. | ||||||||||||
